International singer, songwriter, and speaker Victoria Raftery, is the founder and host of the "Dream Chic" Women's Conference, an international ministry developed specifically for women that serves as an inspirational tool in helping women around the world understand their value and purpose, while encouraging them to follow their God given dream. With over 3 decades of dedicated service to the Lord, both domestically and abroad, Victoria and husband Pastor Larry Raftery, have been blessed with the opportunity to speak into thousands of lives from the pulpits of small churches to the worldwide audiences of thousands through weekly-televised programs. She has shared the platform with some of the most well-known speakers in the world, yet her humility and passion for people remains constant.
